1. Serial Thermal Process 

• Fully automated single wafer processing equipment, Serial Thermal Processor(STP) 200 and the STP300, both capable of delivering excellent performance with high throughput and very low cost of ownership.

   3. Linear Thermal Process

• Fully automated single Panel processing equipment, Linear Thermal Processor(LTP) 365 and the LTP500, with two vacuum stations.

• Make a Common Library .dll to make doesn't have to repeat the common method in c program.

• Make a Parent and Child structure/hierarchy and create modules individually as an Object that other function can call the certain modules. Tried to make close to Object Oriented Program with C.

• Make half shorter code lines from the STP product and much easier to maintain.
